Your New Role
The Image and Sound Editor is responsible for editing, assembling, and finalizing audiovisual pieces for various formats across the channel, ensuring narrative, aesthetic, and technical consistency in all sports-related content. This role is key to transforming raw material into engaging, high-quality productions that reflect the brand's visual and sound identity.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Edit audiovisual content for programs, promos, social media, and live sports broadcasts.
- Assemble and structure narratives while maintaining the tone, rhythm, and style of each format.
- Perform color correction, sound mixing, and technical adjustments following broadcast standards.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and designers to ensure visual and audio coherence.
- Integrate materials from multiple sources (ENG, studio cameras, live feeds, etc.).
- Adapt content for multiple platforms and distribution formats (linear TV, digital, social media, OTT).
- Stay up to date with new postproduction tools, workflows, and trends.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree in Editing, Image and Sound, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields.
- Proven experience in audiovisual editing, preferably in television or sports environments.
- Advanced proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Avid).
- Basic knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and sound normalization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable
- Understanding of broadcast workflows and multi-platform content formats.
- Strong storytelling sense and visual creativity for sports content.
- Team player with good communication across production departments.
- Genuine interest in sports and familiarity with the visual rhythm of live events.
