Position Title: Distribution Manager

Location: Beijing

Reports to: Head of Distribution, China

Assist head of distribution to come out the best distribution strategy. Work with the team to execute distribution plan and deliver best results. Monitor Financial reports and contracts. Synergize with Marketing team to maximize marketing material exposure and monitor cinema checking.

Film Distribution:

  • Working with head of distribution for cinema booking contract preparation, ensure the process on dispatch and exhibitor agreement returns.
  • Responsible for fix-rate cinema booking negotiation and arrangement, collaboration with head of distribution to fulfil release strategy and maximized WBD revenue, including weekly fix-rate booking review and reporting.
  • Main contact window for cinema finance/reporting issue with outsourcing Finance SDC to ensure WBD film rental precisely collecting.
  • Strategy development for In-cinema material placement and working with Sale team to maximized trailer and materials in-cinema exposure. Review weekly material placement report, planning and execute for pre-release cinema placement checking.
  • Local film production team contact window. Act as a coordination role between film makers and sales team on bookings, materials, timeline, and finance reporting.


Others:
  • Responsible for trailer placement strategy and result.
  • Working with head of distribution to integrate Sales team to execute Home Office/ Regional Office guidelines and goals.
  • Competitors monitoring
  • Exhibitor relationship building
  • PO and Shopping cart maintainer to SAP


Experience required:

10+ years of movie industry related experiences.
