Your new role
As Digital Pricing & Yield Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all Pre-sale inventory requests and plan submission reviews. In this position, you will review media plans, manage sponsorship calendars, approve entries within the order management system, and provide optimization solutions when required. In addition, you will collaborate with the Sports Digital Manager to provide various data performance reports for Sales leadership as well Turner Brand leads for digital platform site development analysis.

Your Role Accountabilities
- Contract administration - review contract to ensure that it's booked correctly, matches signed IO, etc.
- Proposal Review - review proposal before agency submission to make sure inventory is available and pricing/packaging meets business needs-
- Work with Sales Planners to create packages within proposals
- Sponsorship Pricing and Impressions - Support Promo/Marketing teams to understand scale of sponsorship opportunities and collaborate with Sales management to price out all sponsorships.
- Pricing - collaborate with Sales Management on all pricing, including rate card maintenance.
- Inventory Management - manage sellouts and roadblock calendars to identify both high and low sellout concerns.
- Model impact of sales strategies, and develop new ad packages when appropriate
- Vertical Stewardship - identify UD trends by site inventory and work with Ops and Site to correct and deliver revenue-
- Inventory Booking Scenarios - Work with Ops and Sites to maintain booking guides and create new inventory selling titles
- Review/approve rich media IOs as well as invoices; consider rich media expense and consumer experience
Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ years of media experience in advertising sales or media industry
- Experience with digital ad serving systems, such as DFP and FreeWheel, and front-end sales systems such as Salesforce and Operative One.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker is a plus.
- Ad Exchange or Programmatic advertising experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize under fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, vLookups, SumIfs, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Science

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $50,960.00 - $94,640.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
