Your New Role...

Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a driven and experienced Digital Media Coordinator to join their Production Technology and Operations team in NY. This role will play an integral part in supporting live production, highlights operations, and maintaining media workflows for WBD's digital properties.

The Daily

• Handles all daily live, remote, and field shoot ingest utilizing multiple software applications such as VMIX, GV AMP, Haivision, Liveu.
• Sets up and monitors encoding workflows for live studio production and NCAA's highlight operation.
• Oversees media encodes, transportation of media, and performs light editing as needed.
• Operates playout and replay for live production, utilizing Evertz DreamCatcher software.
• Assists with MAM and server organization, metadata tagging, and archiving workflows.
• Fulfills footage requests for digital and linear shows.

The Essentials

• Bachelor's degree in television/video or communications required.
• Background in live production and working knowledge of media operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of MAM systems and media transport tools preferred.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed.

The Nice to Haves

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Experience using Evertz DreamCatcher software a plus.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high pressure live environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $43,680.00 - $81,120.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
