Your New Role...

This versatile, creative and innovative digital journalist will possess true 21st Century digital content and programming skills and drive the success of our digital properties covering college sports.

The job requires versatility and strengths in many areas. The Digital Producer is expected to be versatile and possess a wide understanding of multiple roles - from video planning and production to programming across numerous platforms, that might include NCAA.com, NCAA Social Platforms, YouTube or Bleacher Report.

Here are some of the expectations in this role.

• Edit, produce and program video and articles.

• Produce social and video content onsite.

• Program content to various platforms - including NCAA.com, Social Media, and YouTube. Skilled in various formats and lengths of video.

• Publish content on owned/operated and external platforms in cooperation with guidelines and styles set by staff and league partners

• Monitor news, events and social networking for outside source content

• Ensure all content is grammatically correct and factually accurate

• Demonstrate news judgment in editing and story selection consistent with league partner editorial policies, standards and voice

• Collaborate with NCAA's social and organizational heads to share content and ideas

• Travel as required to provide event coverage (10 percent)

This position will require in-office presence on a hybrid basis in the TNT Sports Atlanta offices.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Video Production and Editing. Develop video content ideas, lead production and editing. Post video to front facing-platforms with thorough and effective optimization on Website, Social Media and YouTube.
  • Work on-site at Championship events; planning on-site content and video executions.
  • Contribute to all content, editorial development and programming as needed.

Qualifications & Experiences...
  • At least one year working with video editing, production and programming in social media, sports media or journalism.
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with posting across social platforms, maintaining the voice of NCAA but also keeping a pulse on latest trends and creating content that fans want. Fan first.
  • Self-starter with a passion for collaboration across teams and bringing fresh ideas to an organization in transformation.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in video editing software and file management
  • Able to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines for development or in a live publishing environment
