General Summary:

This is a hands-on role that will see a highly motivated, organized, creative and curious Content Assistant provide organizational, administrative, development and production support to the ANZ Content team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing organisational and administrative support to the Content and Commissioning Team, as detailed below.
  • Administrative management of funding rounds, both internal and external - including the scheduling, organising and tracking of funding round & proposal meetings, as well as the collation of proposal documents and submission materials from external production companies.
  • Corresponding with affiliated production companies and producers, both during and outside of funding rounds to organise meetings with commissioners, process incoming pitches, notify of decisions & provide feedback.
  • Working with Commissioning, Content and PMD teams to keep slate information and show materials up to date - including organising show databases and updating spreadsheets.
  • Assisting Commissioners with the development and production of slated shows including corresponding with affiliates and providing editorial feedback.
  • Liaising with funding bodies such as NZOA and TMP to provide TX information, insights reports and drawdown materials, as required.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to Commissioners - including, but not limited to, assistance with the creation of presentations, pitch decks and screeners.
  • Tracking and updating delivery materials. Following through on QC fails.
  • Liaising between Production Companies/Post facilities and Network Executive on all delivery materials to the portal and production assets folder.
  • Health and Safety co-ordination between Production Company and Network Exec and WBD Health and Safety.
  • Filing of all production documents by show.
  • Booking travel for Content leadership team.
  • Helping with the creation of PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations.
  • Back up for Content Acquisition team.
  • General admin support for the Content Leadership team as and when required.

  • Co-ordination and booking skills.

  • Skills in Excel and Word. PowerPoint skills essential, IN Design an advantage.
  • Video editing and creative knowledge and skills an advantage.
  • Have a passion for and interest in content and industry trends.
  • Exceptional team player. Can-do attitude.
  • Able to work in a high pressure environment. Calm and positive demeanor.
