Your New Role...

Discovery Global Business Services is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Commercial Operations Team.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of signal management across EMEA, ensuring accurate channel activations, equipment coordination and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Activate and deactivate channels in line with contractual agreements and business requests, including Viaccess and Conax encoding systems
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding signal management queries
• Coordinate equipment dispatches and returns across the region
• Maintain and update signal management and distribution databases with high attention to accuracy
• Prepare recurring reports in line with established procedures
• Cooperate with external providers and support signal management-related projects when required

Qualifications and Experience...

• Proven experience in operational roles involving tickets, recurring requests and deadline management
• Knowledge of broadcast equipment and satellite signal unscrambling methods is an advantage
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively prioritize and manage multiple queries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder collaboration
• Proven ability to read, analyze and accurately interpret contractual terms and conditions
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other process or reporting tools
• Degree level education or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Polish is required

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
