Your New Role...
WB Pictures (WB洋画作品)の国内劇場上映に向けたローカライズ業務を行うチームにて、ローカライズサポートから上映に至るまでの幅広い作業に関わっていただきます
Your Role Accountabilities...
具体的には...
・内部試写会の手配準備補助
・納品調整、品質管理
・様々なデータ管理
・作品用語集の維持、更新
・発注書や請求書送付や管理
など
※日常的に本社(U.S)とのやり取りが発生します
- Support the management of print logistics for WB features.
- Assist with arranging and preparing internal screenings (OV, SUB, DUB) for Theatrical Distribution/Marketing
- Help coordinate delivery of feature release prints (DCP) to the print warehouse, ensuring quality under supervision.
- Support versioning tasks such as preparing subtitles and dubbed versions.
- Assist in quality checks of masters (SUB/DUB, 2D/3D/IMAX-Laser/Xenon/Dolby-Vision/Atmos, etc.)
- Help maintain print security procedures.
- Maintain and update the Glossary database.
- Manage database and keep records of picture specifications.
- Provide technical assistance to Theatrical Distribution and Marketing team when needed.
- Help supervise operations of WB Screening Room.
- Support cost tracking and budgeting related to print production.
- Manage routine administrative tasks related to POs and invoices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technologies as required for the above tasks.
Qualifications & Experiences...
- 日本語ネイティブもしくは上級/英語ビジネスレベル以上
- 同ポジションと親和性あるご経験をお持ちの方(1年程度~)
- もしくは、外資系企業でのアドミニストレーション業務経験をお持ちの方やエンタメ業界でのアシスタント業務経験がある方も歓迎します
- 映画への興味関心
- 他部門との多岐にわたる調整業務が多いため、コミュニケーション力が優れた方
- College degree or equivalent required.
- 1- 3 year work experience in the related field required.
- Knowledge/skills of/familiarity with:
- Japanese subtitle/dubbing creation
- Digital Cinema
- Theatrical Distribution
- Strong English language skills.
- Must be accurate with close attention to detail.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have good PC skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Must be able to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Must be adaptable, agile, and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
- Must be able to juggle and multi-task.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if and when necessary
