Your New Role...
The Business Operations Coordinator serves a critical function in the Operations department of the Production & Technical Operations division. This person assists in all business-related functions for the division, including tracking all expenses, accurate coding and timely payment of invoices, and assisting with the FL payroll process for Production.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Budget & Operational Processes
- Code invoices to appropriate departments, cost centers, and commodity codes in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain and update the invoice payment request log, including submitting invoices for processing through the designated payment system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather and verify financial data, ensuring accurate coding and processing of invoices and expense reports.
- Engage with suppliers to address remittance inquiries, update vendor profiles, and resolve invoice discrepancies
Facility Scheduling Tool (MediaPulse)
- Assists the Business Operations team with MediaPulse administration, user issues and work order reconciliation.
- Ensures partner expenses are accurately entered and captured in MediaPulse reports.

Payroll
- Provide support for freelance payroll administration, including timecard review and reconciliation.
Qualifications & Experiences...
- Experience with financial tracking.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with MS Excel.
- Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to function in fast-paced, high energy, agile organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Not Required but preferred experience:
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Knowledge of and passion for media and entertainment industry
- Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services
