Your New Role...

The Corporate Relations Team is responsible for managing global client relations on behalf of Warner Bros. Discovery. This includes VIP client hospitality programs, corporate meetings & offsites, special events & management of the global branded merchandise program, as well as onsite events at the Warner Bros. Lot in LA and at Hudson Yards in NYC. The Manager, Branded Merchandise is a valued member of the Corporate Relations team, overseeing the operations of the global branded merchandise program - creating branded product for various groups within Warner Bros. Discovery.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Oversee the global B2B branded merchandise program, creating best-in-class products to support Warner Bros. Discovery's leading entertainment and sports businesses. This includes:

  • Executing branded merchandise orders by brainstorming ideas, seeking best pricing & product selection, placing orders with preferred vendors, troubleshooting fulfillment and tracking orders through to delivery.
  • Maintaining merchandise inventory at warehouse and two onsite closets, constantly monitoring inventory levels, analyzing trends to draw conclusions on when to re-order product, working with Senior Director for approval.
  • Organizing client presentations with product options at various price points.
  • Interacting daily with external vendors and internal clients to coordinate orders, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Maintaining all project tracking documents for Branded Merchandise to ensure all projects are monitored and executed.
  • Managing design production operations, including writing creative briefs, project kickoffs, scheduling, budgeting and timelines ensuring efficiency with workflow and processes.
  • Running multiple weekly internal & external status meetings to review scheduling of new projects, project updates, and other production and post-production details to ensure creative and/or events are kept on track and deadlines are met.
  • Processing and approving invoices; ensure proper authorization and coding for purchases; update budget tracking sheet and submit invoices and chargebacks; participate in the annual budgeting and planning process, monitor monthly progress and changes.
  • Managing two online merchandise stores - Global WBD Employee Merchandise Store and WBD B2B Storefront - tracking engagement, planning for new product development, troubleshooting issues and fielding requests.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • 7+ years of experience in a management role
  • Experience working with promotional products strongly preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented and very organized
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment while following tasks through to completion
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable making judgment calls, and prioritizing workload
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
