Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar soporte estratégico y operativo a las áreas de Ventas Publicitarias (Ad Sales), Branded Content y Representantes Comerciales, actuando como nexo entre los equipos internos (Legal, Finanzas, Operaciones, Facturación) y los socios externos (agencias, clientes, proveedores).

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Relación Comercial y Administrativa
  • Registrar nuevos clientes y representantes en las plataformas internas (WBD, CNN, Sony).
  • Actuar como punto de contacto entre los ejecutivos de ventas y las áreas de backoffice.
  • Gestionar paquetes de inventario de agencias: acuerdos, control de saldo, validación de órdenes y seguimiento.
  • Coordinar barters, donaciones y reembolsos de producción con el equipo de Facturación.
  • Conciliar incentivos de agencias junto a los equipos de CBS y Revenue Operations.
  • Control Financiero y Planificación
  • Gestionar el proceso de presupuesto y forecast de gastos, con seguimiento mensual.
  • Realizar análisis de variaciones entre gastos reales y previstos.
  • Revisar provisiones mensuales y solicitar ajustes en colaboración con Contabilidad.
  • Coordinar procesos PTP (Purchase to Pay) con proveedores y representantes.
  • Compliance y Legal
  • Gestionar documentación legal y asegurar el cumplimiento en los procesos de Ad Sales y Branded Content.
  • Preparar cartas de acuerdo, contratos, documentos para licitaciones y due diligence.
  • Emitir número CRT para Brasil y revisar clientes públicos y privados.
  • Coordinar políticas de compliance (ej.: política de regalos, auditorías internas).
  • Apoyar capacitaciones de riesgo para clientes especiales (ej.: apuestas, gobierno, fintechs).
  • Gestión de Representantes
  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la documentación de los representantes en los sistemas internos.
  • Asegurar el pago correcto a los representantes regionales, incluyendo conciliaciones.


Requisitos
  • Formación universitaria en Administración, Economía, Comunicación o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia previa en áreas de soporte comercial, financiero o legal.
  • Conocimiento de procesos PTP, facturación, contratos y compliance.
  • Inglés intermedio a avanzado.
  • Excelencia en organización, comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
