Your New Role...

As Advertising Sales Manager - Middle East, you will oversee the coordination of advertising campaigns across a portfolio of well-known brands including Fatafeat, Discovery, TLC, HGTV, and Cartoon Network. You will serve as a key contact for all advertising-related matters, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. This role requires a strategic approach, strong communication skills, and a focus on achieving results in the region.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with media representatives, clients, and media agencies across the Middle East.
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to clearly communicate their value in advertising proposals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative, client-focused advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of sales marketing materials including opportunity decks, content packaging, and case studies.
  • Encourage original thinking and innovation throughout the proposal and pitching process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverables with strong project management capabilities.
  • Provide clear briefs and updates to internal teams on upcoming advertising campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform planning.
  • Assist the Ad Sales Director with broader initiatives and daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in mid-level roles within media or advertising sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present compelling pitches, from concept through to execution and post-campaign review.
  • Strong organisational, negotiation, and people skills.
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh campaign ideas.
  • Skilled in market research, audience insights, and consumer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong contributor to team efforts.
