SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provides support to the VP of Print Marketing Services and the Print Marketing Servicing Teams in all aspects of print marketing for Warner Bros Pictures
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Support the Print Marketing Services Teams with all physical and digital print requests across all WB Divisions as well as executives, filmmakers, producers, talent, etc.
- Work on special projects as assigned and act as back up to the Marketing Services Teams, as needed.
- Track and maintain familiarity with all film campaign artwork in order to provide updates and information to internal departments as needed. Includes monitoring production status, debut timing, fulfillment, etc
- Maintain and distribute WBP weekly campaign Print Visual Report. Includes tracking all updates, applying updates to master document and distributing to WBP organization
- Compile updates for the Print Marketing Services team to include in our weekly materials report and meeting agenda.
- Manage and update internal artwork assignment charts
- Upload and create secure links using WBP platforms to securely share artwork files with partners. Includes watermarking comp files for internal/external use as needed.

- Create and send Work Authorizations to print vendors, fulfillment houses and WB Traffic.
- Ensure the distribution of all print materials (one-sheets, bus shelters, in-theater materials, outdoor etc.) to the correct locations worldwide.
- Coordinate production schedules and timing and ensure all department contacts and assignment charts are accurate and up to date.
- Process print production invoices, confirm goods receipts, general billing troubleshooting and ensure that all team PCARD payments move smoothly through the system.
- Organize and monitor department shared drive and internal cloud media storage sites. Includes archiving and storage management.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, press checks and film screenings as needed.
ESSENTIALS:
- 2-3 years of administrative/coordinator experience
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (preferred)
- Basic understanding of print/digital media workflows and processes (preferred)

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $39,909.00 - $74,117.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
