Your New Role...
At Warner Bros. Discovery, we're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team and help shape the future of media. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with business leaders and key stakeholders, contributing to high-impact strategic initiatives that drive our global success.
We're seeking someone with a sharp analytical mind, a proactive spirit, and a passion for uncovering insights that fuel smarter decisions. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure a deep understanding of the business' needs.
- Collaborate with revenue accounting and FP&A teams to support monthly closing activities and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Provide insightful data analysis to support business decision-making, including the preparation of weekly/monthly reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Ad Sales team regarding system maintenance and enhancements.
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses as needed.
- Manage agents invoicing processes and perform account reconciliations.
- Oversee the portfolio management of agents and media agencies, including system-related tasks.
Qualifications & Experience...
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- A curious, creative, and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
