As a part of the product design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation in the world's largest company. As a Senior UX Designer , you will help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facil itate conv ersations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to lever age coll ective creativity. You will focus on growing your strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team. You will create and champion a highly usable experience before delivering pixel-perfect designs.

As a designer on the Omni Experience Design T eam , you'll be designing omni-channel commerce products and experiences. You will bring together our retail and consumer services for our customers as they interact with us online, in our apps or visiting our stores. You will set the vision for the best customer experience and create a space for cross-functional colleagues to collaborate. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitat e conversa tions, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage the coll ective creativity. You will employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to cross-functional partners and the leadership team. While working with partners to determine a shared plan forward t hat bal ances business and technology considerations, you will create and champion an experience that is highly usable before delivering pixel-perfect designs .

Minimal qualifications:

  • Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 5 + years of experience in product design.
  • A fantastic portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Interest, if not experience, in healthcare and e-commerce domains.

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

DALLAS, Texas US-09648/BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

















Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 5 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
