What you'll do...

Omni Care experience plays a key role in shaping the future of our customer experience across our digital and physical retail channels. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a track record of leading successful product initiatives from concept to market to help develop our long-term AI/ML and GenAI enabled Self Service strategy for the next generation of our platform to empower human understanding at scale. As a Product Manager, you'll be working closely with a diverse team across the business including business partners, peer product managers, development teams, QA, Analytics and other functions to meet product goals and create great experiences for both internal users and Walmart customers. The successful candidate will bring a mix of product innovation, analytical thinking, relevant AI/ML experience leadership skills, technical knowledge, great instincts and sense of urgency.

KEY OUTCOMES

  • Help define product strategy, benefits and vision for Automation/AI product
  • Understand the dynamics and drivers of critical metrics and KPIs and provide business recommendations accordingly.
  • Bring hands on experience with conversational IVR and bot product development
  • Develop, maintain and execute against product roadmap and lead prioritization with stakeholders to ensure benefit realization
  • Define product/project scope, author product requirements. Create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Work directly with engineering, QA and Technical Program Manager teams using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Customer Care Operations, Vertical Business leaders and legal throughout the product life cycle.
  • Perform competitive product analysis and market research to stay on top of industry trends
  • Partner closely with Analytics and Operations teams to ensure proper measurement instrumentation, monitoring and reporting of product success post launch
  • Communicate plans and progress to leadership and partner teams
  • Evangelize Automation/AI across the organization, drive integration with customers and partners and ensure desired positive impact is achieved

Experience:

  • 4+ years in product management in an Agile environment, with a record of launching successful products to market.
  • Direct experience leading a product related to Self Service, IVR, and/or Messaging channels
  • Experience working with Automation and AI/ machine learning applied to yield optimization.
  • APIs as a product experience a strong plus
  • Demonstrated history in managing complex projects, with an acute attention to quality
  • Proven ability to problem-solve from the big strategic challenges to the small tactical decisions.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all seniority levels. Comfort operating in larger enterprise environments across cultures, locations, and time zones.
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Proven growth mindset. Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
  • Good judgment in balancing between innovation and robust operation, able to optimize productivity and efficiency when working with your partners.
  • Analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of comfort with ambiguity - you're able to quickly develop hypotheses with limited information
  • Self-motivated and willing to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

SAN BRUNO, California US-04398/Sunnyvale, California US-08479/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

DALLAS, Texas US-09648/BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
