What you'll do...

The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team (WFS) builds products that enable Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. At WFS, our aim is to differentiate on trust, transparency, and partnership. We are searching for a talented product manager to build tools that make it easier for our sellers to get timely delivery appointments to deliver products to Walmart warehouses while making it easier for warehouses to plan labor needs around inbound demand. If you love data and love systems thinking, this role will give you an opportunity to leverage those super powers to build impactful products for a key capability for the a strategic program offering great opportunities for career growth.

This specific position will be responsible for building out the capability to export items from our fulfillment network. The Walmart Fulfillment Services Product Manager will identify the critical performance indicators, business outcomes, and align the execution plans of all key stakeholders and teams to ensure the product achieves its desired goals. In this role you will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the product roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes.

Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communicating, collaborating, and telling compelling stories with data will be key key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
Being a detective - Being ready to roll up your sleeves and get to a deep understanding of where a given system has room for improvement in delivering for WFS needs
Designing for scale - Putting together solutions for making systems work better that scale - not just putting a patch on something to keep it running today, but ensuring that it works better as we grow

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00



















Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
