What You'll Do

• Lead capital planning and execution for a key business segment, managing budgets and tracking investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capital with strategic priorities.
• Leverage AI and analytics to enhance forecasting and scenario planning.
• Monitor capital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement and support post-approval processes.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years' experience in capital planning, financial analysis, or strategic operations.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with AI/ML applications in finance or operations.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across functions.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
