What you'll do...

• Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
• Develop business plans, set priorities, and oversee project resources and budgets
• Identify and remove barriers to project success, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Mentor associates, foster a culture of belonging, and support professional growth
• Communicate project status and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate discovery sessions and drive data-informed decision-making

What You'll Bring:

• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience with project management software (e.g., Airtable)
• Strong decision-making and conflict management skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement expertise
• Ability to lead through complexity and drive organizational change

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
3 years' project management experience.
