The Global Risk and Compliance - Digital Citizenship Tech team is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager with demonstrable experience of Scrum Management, hands on Agile and Planning experience, JIRA/Confluence experience and strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

Our organization i.e. Global Risk and Compliance -Digital Citizenship Tech focuses on managing and delivering world-class products, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. Responsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementation(s) so that we can earn customers and associate trust.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Helping the product managers and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization..
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments..
  • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
  • Support the product team and provide education where needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proficient experience in scrum master, agile practice, retail industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
  • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
  • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques.
  • Ability to work with and lead a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
  • Must feel extremely comfortable managing multiple cross functional programs simultaneously.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Certification in Project Management., Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years' experience in product design., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
