Position Summary...

We are seeking a visionary yet execution-focused Product Manager to shape how Walmart shows up in a future where human shoppers and intelligent systems interact with the digital shelf. This role will focus on building insights tools and platforms that ensure discoverability, trust, and impact across evolving commerce experiences. The Product Manager will also empower internal teams with visibility into performance, readiness, and opportunities in this new paradigm.

What you'll do...

1. Readiness Dashboards

· Define and deliver tools that assess whether Walmart's digital content is clear, trustworthy, and optimized for discovery.

· Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to develop scoring systems and improvement recommendations.

2. End-to-End Journey Visibility

· Build dashboards to track and illustrate customer journeys from initial discovery to purchase.

· Identify key metrics to evaluate influence, success, and new patterns of behavior.

3. Strategic Opportunity Development

· Identify and validate new types of shopping journeys enabled by intelligent systems.

· Translate insights into hypotheses and roadmap initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

· 5+ years in product management with experience in platforms, content optimization, search/discovery, or analytics tools.

· Familiarity with AI technologies, search principles, and content frameworks.

· Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

· Comfort working with APIs, technical teams, and emerging technologies.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to move quickly in ambiguous spaces.

· Excellent communication skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
