What you'll do...
The Global Time & Attendance team owns the key tools that 2 million Walmart worldwide associates use to ensure they are properly paid for hours worked. We are looking to bring in a TPM that can help us further accelerate our development timelines, so we can improve the UX for each and every one of our associates.

The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. What you'll do:
- Develop technical requirements based on the needs of business stakeholder to help prioritize work for engineering and design.
- Partner closely with engineering and system design teams to ensure technical solutions best meet business requirements.
- Cross-functionally manage projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide high-level leadership updates on status of in-flight projects to ensure proper visibility and escalate blockers that may impact delivery timelines.
What you'll bring:
- At least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally within a big organization.
- Strong communication skills. Must be comfortable with both verbal and written communication to various technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Walmart leadership.
- Prior experience with Agile software development methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience as a TPM, Software Developer, or other technical role.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$312,000.00
BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09430:The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
