Position Summary...

Join Walmart's Tech Business Operations team and play a critical role in driving cross-functional programs that power the future of retail. As an Analyst III, Tech Operations you'll be part of large-scale, strategic initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams-delivering real impact at enterprise scale.

About Tech Business Operations:
Our team leads the business side of technology-accelerating portfolio strategy, enabling cross-segment delivery, enhancing tech talent experience, and strengthening foundational capabilities. We focus on execution excellence, agile alignment, and operational rigor to unlock value and drive Walmart's digital transformation. This role will be central to orchestrating high-visibility programs that influence how we scale and innovate across the enterprise.

What you'll do...

  • Contribute to complex programs from planning to execution across multiple business and tech pillars
  • Drive outcomes through cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Business partners
  • Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery metrics
  • Proactively identify risks and build mitigation strategies
  • Elevate visibility with executive-ready updates and status reporting

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience contributing to end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams
  • Deep understanding of program KPIs and ability to translate business needs into execution
  • Experience working directly with product and engineering teams on software delivery
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with executive presence

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
