Staff, Solution Consultant - Walmart Data Ventures
We are searching for a motivated Staff, Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Solution consultant has a clear understanding of the components of the Walmart Luminate products and show how they work. Your responsibilities will include understanding the needs of the customer, demonstrating products, and applying technical product knowledge to help clients. To be a successful Solution Consultant, you will develop an excellent rapport with your existing customers, prospects, and internal organizational partners. A top-notch candidate should be knowledgeable about competing products and should have the ability to break down technical terminology to non-technical clients. This associate will report to the Senior Manager, Solution Consulting.

About Walmart Data Ventures
Walmart Data Ventures (WDV) is focused on productizing Walmart's rich data assets to better serve customers and provide data products that deliver actionable, customer-centric insights to help merchants and brands make better decisions.
LOCATION: Hybrid onsite in Bentonville, AR.
What you'll do:
- You will establish the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- You will explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
- You will follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
- You will keep customers informed about new technological products.
- You will compile proposals and reports related to technical products.
- You will ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
- You will report to management about sales made.
- You will update records of customer communications and contact information.
What you'll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
- Retail Data Experience.
- Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how Walmart Luminate works.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- The ability to work with internal partners such as, sales and product teams.
- Skills in selling products and closing deals.
- Knowledge of modern SaaS UI, API, and Data solution structure.
- Experience in conducting presentations to internal and external partners.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel when needed.
- Ability to be in office 2-3 days a week in Bentonville, Arkansas.

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
DALLAS, Texas US-09648/BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area and 2 years' experience in enterprise design, implementation, or consulting., Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications., Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements., Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
