As a Staff Data Scientist, you will utilize your expertise in data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, and NLP techniques to drive strategic decisions for WCS. You will be at the forefront of implementing models and strategies using A/B testing or Design of Experiments (DOE), tracking business performance, and providing insightful visualizations to support and continuously improve WCS business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and Deploy innovative Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Gen AI, and Graph Neural Network (GNN) models using Python/GCP or other modeling tools.
- Design and conduct A/B Testing and multivariate experiments (DOE), tracking results to provide actionable recommendations to business partners.
- Develop clear, concise, and powerful data visualizations using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Utilize SQL, Python, Google Cloud, MLOps, Tableau, Power BI, R or SAS to prepare data for analysis, modeling, deployment, and reporting.
- Identify business process gaps and devise analytical solutions to address them.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
