Senior, Software Engineer
Position Summary...
As a Frontend Developer, you will spend the majority of your time coding, reviewing, debugging, and optimizing frontend applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and Webpack. You'll ensure high code quality, maintain design consistency, and deliver seamless user experiences. In addition to hands-on development, you'll mentor team members, drive architectural decisions, and champion innovation and best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as is maintaining application health, performance, and quality. You'll manage project timelines, lead technical initiatives, and provide strategic guidance while upholding engineering excellence. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of frontend experience in complex systems, strong leadership and communication skills, and a background in retail or e-commerce. Advanced knowledge of React and Node.js, experience with large-scale enterprise environments, and a relevant degree are required.

- Frontend Development: Spend 80% of your time engaging in hands-on coding, performing thorough code reviews, debugging, and optimizing frontend code. Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices across the stack.
- Frontend Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and Webpack to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces. Ensure seamless user experiences and maintain design consistency.
- Mentoring & Learning: Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Lead by example and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.

- Time Management & Planning: Develop detailed project timelines, manage tasks efficiently, and practice effective time management. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- Engineering Excellence: Focus on meticulous, detail-oriented work, conducting rigorous code reviews, and resolving complex technical challenges. Uphold the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Leadership: Provide strategic technical guidance, lead and manage projects, and coordinate with other teams to achieve successful outcomes. Exhibit strong leadership qualities and mentor junior team members.
What you'll bring:
- Proven ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least 8 years of experience with frontend development experience in complex software systems

- Experience in retail or e-commerce systems
- Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in internal platform evangelism.
- 6+ years of experience in building responsive, single page web applications using modern front-end JavaScript technologies like React, Angular, Vue etc.
- Deep understanding of React, Node.JS and its core principles
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related field and 2 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment: OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related field and 5-7 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
