What you'll do...
“What You'll Do:
- You will organize sprints, prioritize the backlog, and provide crystal-clear requirements to a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts.
- Actively remove friction and unblock your team to accelerate the delivery of product initiatives and maintain a rapid pace of innovation.
- You will partner with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and define key success indicators, consistently prioritizing features that increase the value of our enterprise product.
- Build strong relationships and influence partners beyond your immediate team to ensure product initiatives have org-wide support and momentum.

What You'll Bring:
- A track record of successfully launching multiple products, with deep involvement in go-to-market activities.
- Experience working directly and effectively with engineers, designers, and data analysts within your Scrum ceremonies.
- Excellent user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wireframing, and creating workflow diagrams.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the Scrum framework.
- You are comfortable with understanding a product's tech stack and can engage in effective technical discussions with engineering partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in platform-level initiatives, creating solutions that span across multiple teams and products.
- Experience in working with UX research.”

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
