This Senior Manager, Content Strategy will help define and execute training and awareness strategy for Global Governance. If you love storytelling, have a strong background in learning or content strategy, and champion integrity, this may be the role for you.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training and awareness content that advances associates' skills and program goals.
  • Edit awareness content contributed by subject-matter experts for operational accuracy, grammar, usage, adherence to style, and fit within use-case based information architecture.
  • Identify and drive data-driven opportunities to increase content and program effectiveness.
  • Design, build, and maintain digital content in the company's content management system (CMS).
  • Help deliver multi-channel awareness campaigns within the Walmart and Sam's Club ecosystem.
  • Craft high-impact, clear, concise, and human copy.
  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Work successfully in a matrix organization.
  • Build strategic relationships quickly.

What you'll bring…

  • At least 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, communications, journalism, or related area.
  • A passion to be a storyteller, innovator, and advocate for our values-based culture.
  • Strength in using both sides of the brain to combine data and creative intuition for content that delivers on program goals.
  • Solid content-strategy skills with extensive experience in making complex subjects easily understood through visuals and stories.
  • Top-notch skills translating legal or process-heavy copy into plain language.
  • Action-orientation, resourcefulness, and approachability while also having the ability to strategize and influence.
  • Familiarity with effective compliance programs and compliance-by-design concepts -and curious to learn more.
  • Trust in and prioritization of the collective success of the team - you are quick to jump in, help, mentor, and coach your fellow team members.
  • Discipline, rigorous prioritization, and ability to hold project contributors accountable.
  • Enthusiasm to be challenged and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.
  • Strong communications, organizational skills, and ability to think strategically and follow through tactically.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to interface with and influence senior executives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
