Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Real Estate - Store Assessment will lead and oversee real estate projects with a primary focus on store assessment and development. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in construction, operations, realty execution, layout and design, civil engineering, or architecture. This leader will leverage exceptional project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market to drive successful outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to ensure that all aspects of store assessment and development align with organizational goals and standards.
This role will be field-based and require frequent travel to project sites (up to 85%).

What you'll do...
- Project Management: Oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Store Assessment: Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects. Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams, including Facilities, Design Managers, Construction, and Operations, as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and local government authorities.
- Budget Management: Develops and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting: Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Project Management: Proven experience managing real estate projects, especially in store assessment and development. Strong ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
- Industry Background: Background in construction, operations, realty execution, layout and design, civil engineering, or architecture.
- Real Estate Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate market and property development processes.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in budget development and cost management.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Leadership: Leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
