As the Senior Manager, Product Management for the Room Technology and Physical collaboration experience team at Walmart Corporate, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's physical collaboration technology strategy to drive collaboration, innovation, and productivity across our global operations.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage a roadmap for Walmart's physical collaboration technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, launch, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a seamless physical collaboration experience across all Walmart locations.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support product development and ongoing operations.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
