Our Finance team partners cross-functionally to deliver accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting that empower sound business decisions. As a key member, you'll influence company-wide initiatives and help drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling to inform growth targets and business strategies.
- Manage and enhance financial control structures, mitigating risks and ensuring reporting transparency.
- Prepare and present complex financial results to senior leadership, addressing key business questions.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and scenario models for executive decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a culture of performance and belonging.
What You'll Bring

- Expertise in implementing and managing internal financial controls and risk mitigation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience
i n accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
