About Operations Finance and Strategy Team
The Operations Finance and Strategy Team at Walmart is dedicated to providing financial insights and support for strategic initiatives. Working closely with operations and cross-functional teams, the team drives business reviews and leads forward-looking strategies. This role is pivotal in achieving Walmart's goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What you'll do...

• Develop Actionable Insights - Data -> insight -> foresight - applying a structured approach to solving business problems, identifying geographic opportunities, assessing upside potential and taking actions to achieve it
• Advise Leadership - supporting priorities, top-of-mind, helping connect the dots and providing a forward-looking lens for the business
• Enable Strategic Initiatives - offering thought leadership and support for cross-functional initiatives - facilitating collaboration and alignment to accelerate growth
• Strengthen the Strategy - equipping yourself with business knowledge and industry insights, then translating them both to build a better strategy
• Forecasting, Planning and Analytics - supporting the financial forecasting & planning and strategic process to chart the path to profitable growth
• Seek Opportunities - Proactively seek out opportunities to propel the business forward and prepare for the next generation of team services and experiences

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, Planning, Business Management, or related areas.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Comfort with ambiguity.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
