In our continuous efforts to build a best-in-class Marketing organization, we are looking to hire a Senior Manager, CRM Operations - Program Management. Reporting to the Director, CRM Operations and working closely across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to support the CRM program.

Our Marketing team has flexibility on location, for most of our openings, you can live within driving distance to one of our hubs: San Bruno, CA, Sunnyvale, CA or Los Angeles, CA, with preference given to our San Bruno location. We're moving toward 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility.

You will make an impact by:

  • Work hand in hand with CRM Operations, CRM Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to define CRM program goals and execution roadmaps.
  • Serves as a liaison between the various project owners to see the full CRM program go to fruition.
  • Work closely with CRM Operations team and project stakeholders on sprint planning and project alignments.
  • Implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Actively participate in CRM program/project management including project kick-off, project discovery, production plan development, resource allocation, timeline management, and project execution.
  • Support the operational excellence for emails, push notifications, and In-App messaging campaigns.
  • In collaboration with cross-functional team members, establish communication protocols, track project timelines, and assemble appropriate teams to support projects.
  • Create and implement processes to ensure CRM program integrity and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve campaign and data issues with the Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Maintain CRM organizational standards of quality and performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Empower and enable marketing teams to achieve business goals through communication.
  • Document learnings from experiments and live campaigns to build a CRM Best Practices Playbook that can be used as a reference by every part of the business.
  • Be an effective coach for the project managers ultimately lead.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 4 years of experience in marketing or related field OR 6 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as program/project manager in Marketing, preferably in the retail sector and CRM marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in emails, push notifications, and In-App messaging channels.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  • Motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
  • Strong experience in project planning, coordination, and delegation.
  • Excellent skills in time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys etc. is desired.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
