We're looking for a tech-savvy, solutions-driven broadcast leader to help power one of the largest retail communications networks in the world. As Senior Manager, Broadcast Technology & Delivery, you'll take the reins on Walmart's expansive in-house media infrastructure-including our in-store radio network for Walmart and Sam's Club, a growing corporate podcast platform, and a dynamic network of digital screens across offices and campuses nationwide. From ensuring our systems run without a hitch to future-proofing how we connect with 1.6M+ associates across stores, clubs, and offices, this role is perfect for someone who loves blending technology, storytelling, and scale.

About Global Communications:
The Global Communications team powers Walmart's associate experience, ensuring our workforce is informed, inspired, and connected. As part of the Content Experience & Creative group, you'll shape the systems and strategies that deliver impactful stories and information to associates in stores, clubs, and offices nationwide-directly supporting Walmart's mission and business goals.

What you'll do...

• Oversee the systems that keep Walmart Radio and our podcast platform sounding sharp and reaching associates nationwide
• Partner with our tech and AV teams to manage playback infrastructure and quickly resolve technical issues
• Apply broadcast-style engineering and troubleshooting to ensure high reliability and minimal downtime
• Help shape the evolution of our proprietary audio platform for the future
• Manage the digital screen ecosystem across the Home Office-from lobbies to elevators to meeting spaces
• Oversee the CMS, ensuring accurate content delivery and smooth visual playback
• Recommend upgrades and drive platform innovation based on performance data and team feedback
• Serve as the day-to-day lead for tech partners and third-party vendors
• Align technical strategy with the needs of Corporate Affairs, Communications, Marketing, and Store Operations
• Participate in pilot programs and modernization efforts for both audio and visual platforms
• Bring forward-thinking ideas to expand, simplify, and scale how we deliver content internally
• Build the framework for reporting on system health, platform performance, and enablement wins

What You'll Bring:

• 6+ years in broadcast operations, AV systems, or network engineering in large, fast-paced environments
• Deep experience in radio broadcast operations is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of radio automation, podcast platforms, digital signage CMS, and enterprise content delivery
• Strength in vendor management, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
• A knack for diagnostics and a passion for improving systems through technology
• Willingness and ability to travel (up to 25%) for in-field support and remote broadcast execution

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
