Sourcing's mission is to be the "Most Trusted and Resilient Supplier, Powered by Walmart". Sourcing Solutions is positioned at the core of the Sourcing Organization, designing and executing strategic sourcing events for Walmart Private Brands across Walmart, Sam's, and International to fulfill that mission.
The team regularly engages in dynamic, highly complex business challenges that require creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial methods to solve. We design & execute with an array of competitive capabilities to improve each category across the dimensions of Value, Trust, & Resilience. We simplify and shorten the path to the right decision.

As a Sr. Manager, you will be the key relationship manager to develop a key pillar of Sourcing. You will directly engage with the business by curating data into actionable insights for each category. As objectives are established, you will lead the sourcing event execution to a successful outcome. You will have the opportunity to communicate and gain buy-in across multiple layers of leaders in the organization to partner in accelerating the business. You will be positioned to make a difference within the team, as you lead, engage, develop, mentor, & inspire the next generation of leaders: partnering in leveraging their strengths to take the business to a new level! You will be a model of promoting the company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field and 4 years experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related area OR 6 years experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related area.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with data analytics and/or statistical programming languages
- Leading & developing a team
- Progressive experience leading cross-functional teams to completion of complex assignments
- Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience with Merchandising and/or Supply Chain and Coupa Sourcing Optimization
- Experience as relationship manager building trust & operational strategies with key functional areas

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
