We are seeking a Sr Analyst, Business Support to join Data Ventures Support team. This team is critical to enhancing first-contact resolution on complex user issues-focusing on data quality, custom datasets, and analytic inquiries that require deep business context and platform fluency.
As a Sr Analyst, you'll be the first line of high-impact, business-savvy product support for DV's most strategic clients. Your work will directly influence CSAT, ticket resolution speed, renewal conversion, and overall platform adoption.

Ideal Background
- 2-4 years of experience in a support, operations, or business analytics role-ideally within retail, CPG, or data platform environments.
- Proven fluency in data concepts, dashboarding/reporting tools, and customer support technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce).
- Prior exposure to DV platforms (Scintilla, Volt), supplier workflows, or Walmart systems preferred.
- Experience writing support documentation or enablement guides is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, MongoDB Compass, or Swagger is beneficial.
- Completion (or near completion) of NWACC Certified Retail Analyst Program.
Key Competencies
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technical product issues to client impact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication-especially in simplifying complex topics.
- Ownership mindset with high attention to detail, urgency, and follow-through.
- Collaborative approach; comfort operating cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Sales, and Ops.
