Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Receive and respond to hearing notifications for employer and claimant appeals by timely and accurately securing and registering a witness.
Prepare relevant documentation to defend against claimant appeal hearings for submission as evidence or to prepare the witness or external representative with internal evidence.
Prepare witness/representatives by providing core claimant employment information as well as detailed, specific separation details and supporting evidence (policy, behavior, training acknowledgment, witness statements , etc.).
Meet minimum quality and productivity expectations for the team.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00-$80,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
