Our purpose is to streamline the supply chain, support retail operations, and deliver a customer-centric platform that connects global segments with essential products. This role is key to ensuring our sourcing strategy enhances Walmart's ecosystem and drives business results.

What you'll do:

• Oversee supplier management, conducting factory visits and maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, provide guidance to team members, and drive digital transformation.
• Negotiate costs, identify savings, and make key order placement decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and manage quality-related issues.
• Present solutions to mitigate risk and execute special projects as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in global sourcing (perishables), supply chain, and cost negotiation.
• Analytical and strategic leadership skills; planning and critical thinking ability.
• 4-year degree or 3-5 years in produce retail/food industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10%-30% of the time;
• Ability to work cross-culturally and partner with diverse associates.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area and 3 years' experience in sourcing OR 5 years' experience in sourcing, Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related areas.
Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country.
Project Management certification.
