Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a driven and experienced associate to join our team as a Drayage Manager. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your knowledge of transportation, logistics, and imports to make a direct impact on our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee supply chain activities, ensuring merchandise flows efficiently from suppliers to stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Set clear goals, measure progress, and drive accountability for results.
  • Identify and address opportunities for improvement, promoting adaptability and continuous learning.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, including hiring, training, and recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Analyze data to streamline network efficiencies and resolve escalations.
  • Conduct performance reviews of distribution centers and suppliers.
  • Track the movement and arrival of goods, and develop recommendations to address supply chain constraints.
  • Act as a liaison for field operations, communicating expectations and addressing performance issues.
  • Lead process improvement efforts and support cost reduction initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,850.00-$121,275.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 1 year's experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 3 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
1 years' experience with Microsoft Office.
