What you'll do...
The Manager, Data Analytics will support the International Marketplace Development team by delivering insights, reporting solutions, and analytical support that enable business partners to drive marketplace growth, expand assortment, and build customer trust across global markets.
About International Marketplace Development at Walmart:
The International Marketplace Development team is focused on growing Walmart's Marketplaces in multiple North and South American countries by recruiting new sellers and enabling their success. Through seller onboarding, tailored assortment recommendations, and services such as Advertising and Fulfillment, the team helps expand customer choice and build trust in Walmart's Marketplaces.
The Manager, Data Analytics reports directly to the Director, Data Analytics, with a mission to empower internal business partners through reliable reporting, scalable data solutions, and actionable insights. The team's focus is to provide the analytics foundation that supports marketplace strategy and execution, driving impact across global markets.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain stock reporting used by international marketplace business teams
- Modify, maintain, and expand an existing Looker environment to support evolving self-service reporting needs
- Provide training and guidance to business partners on Looker usage and best practices
- Lead weekly business reviews for each marketplace, ensuring clear and accurate reporting of trends and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams on analytical projects, providing data-driven recommendations
- Support data pipeline maintenance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of reporting systems
What you'll bring:
- Intermediate SQL skills (any flavor; BigQuery experience is a plus)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc. - Looker Enterprise experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Python for analytics and automation
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Degree in a technical field (IT, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience/knowledge

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years' experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area.
