Manager, Asset Protection Hub - Emergency Management

Position Summary...

The AP Hub is a 24/7 monitoring center supporting the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), responsible for providing facility support and emergency response across Walmart U.S. operations. This role also includes performing additional duties with the overall GSOC operation as needed to support business objectives.

This role will be based at the Home Office campus in Northwest Arkansas.

*Must be willing to work nights/weekends to fulfill the responsibilities and duties*

What you'll do...

  • Assist in the execution of AP GSOC operations during critical incidents and emergency activations.


  • Proactively monitor and assess activity to identify and respond to potential safety, security, or theft/fraud concerns.


  • Work closely with the AP Hub and cross-functional partners to support investigations and coordinate emergency responses.


  • Utilize data analysis to detect patterns and trends, driving proactive risk mitigation and intelligence-based investigations.


  • Leverage data analytics to uncover trends and patterns that support proactive risk detection and intelligence-led investigations.


  • Conduct thorough investigations into both internal and external fraud, with a focus on dismantling organized retail crime (ORC) operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
