What you'll do...

As a Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will be part of the strategic and growing OPD Analytics team. You will be responsible for driving strategic analysis across Drivers, Earnings & Fraud, within our Driver Ecosystem, also known as Trust & Safety. Leveraging tools such as Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, and Python, you will derive both tactical and strategic insights and communicate them to both internal and external stakeholders.
This is an Individual Contributor role.

Position Description

The Manager, Advanced Analytics on the eCommerce analytics team will lead the interpretation, reporting, and analysis of key insights and performance recommendations for the Driver Ecosystem. Through strategy, planning, campaign execution, and customer analytics, you will deliver clarity to advertisers seeking causal insights and measurable impact. Perform hands-on analysis and conduct in-depth investigations with the team. Lead and execute end-to-end measurement projects, and provide actionable recommendations to the business and product teams. Assist with process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions. Contribute to building measurement and analytics tools and platforms that reflect the best and most appropriate solutions available.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing).
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy & analytics and measurement, and managing multiple priorities and milestones.
  • Project management experience in dealing with a high volume of reporting/analyses requests.
  • Experience in the languages of data manipulation (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and in visualization (Tableau, MS Power BI).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience and passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering functional features in short time durations.
  • Demonstrated ability to speak to technical topics and metrics in an understandable manner.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing).
  • 5+ years' experience with trust & safety, analytics, and reporting.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive for clarity of direction.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Jira.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate test design and implementation and statistical concepts.
  • Experience in developing and presenting strategic, action-oriented recommendations from complex analytics efficiently and engagingly to an executive audience.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Business, Product, and Engineering.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
