As a Director, Supply Chain Management on the Reverse Supply Chain team, you'll be based in Bentonville, AR and will oversee the team responsible for our .com member returns, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations, managing vendor relationships, and implementing strategies to optimize our reverse supply chain.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Ship-to-Home (S2H) reverse supply chain strategy, aligning it with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Leverage data and key metrics to identify opportunities for returns mitigation and avoidance, and implement strategies to achieve cost reduction, increase liquidation value, and influence inventory optimization goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reverse supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fulfillment operations, merchandising, product/technology and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the reverse supply chain flow.
  • Develop and manage the reverse supply chain budget, controlling costs and allocating resources effectively, while driving efficiencies across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies related to reverse supply chain management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to reverse logistics and environmental sustainability.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of the reverse supply chain, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

  • 7-10 years of supply chain leadership experience, specifically focused on eCommerce and/or reverse logistics/circular economy
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytics, project management and distribution/ fulfillment trends

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.










Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years' supervisory experience.
