Job Description

In this role, you will lead a team of real estate managers responsible for the new store program across a designated territory.

Team responsibilities include: collaborating with internal stakeholders and consultants across design, engineering, finance, real estate brokers, and legal; strategic market analysis; conducting site searches; evaluating sites for development potential; managing deal negotiations and due diligence; contract documentation oversight; preparing for and presenting at various internal meetings, including operations meetings, Executive Committee, and closings.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be conversant in the financial modeling of real estate projects

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, or related field and 5 years' experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area OR 7 years' experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
