Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • Be fluent in all aspects of user-centered design and be able to generate UX requirements when provided business desires, design graphic elements, and build UI mockups and prototypes to present to stakeholders.
  • Become familiar with design patterns and systems and keep design consistency across EUC products, while maintaining a creative and innovative mindset for the best experience.
  • Care about every pixel we're shipping and always strive for excellence.
  • Push the boundaries of design beyond the "functional" to building products that people love to use every single day.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you perform regularly?

  • Educated from Design or Art design schools with 4 to 8 yrs experience.
  • Help your product team define, prioritize, and execute a clear UX vision in concert with the overall EUC strategy while leading through end-to-end design process.
  • Deliver effective solutions and partner effectively across a matrix of cross-functional products, engineering and leadership teams by using collaboration tools including Figma, Miro, Office 365 suites, etc.
  • Participate in marketing and branding efforts as the role requires.
  • Collaborate with user researchers to collect quantitative and qualitative data and identify problems and opportunities for design solutions. Utilize research data and insights to iterate design throughout product lifecycle.
  • Present and share your UX design work in internal team reviews with designers. Provide constructive feedback and critique in design reviews.

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?

Reports to Sr Manager / Manager User experience and You will be joining the EUC UX team with talented designers, researchers and developers. The global team is spread across EUC offices including Palo Alto, Atlanta, Bangalore, Sofia, and home offices all over the world. You will initially be part of the team for cloud admin console and solution experience. The team culture is diverse and inclusive, sharing and caring, and giving back to the community through service learning.
