By joining Order Management Operations, you will be engaged in delivering frictionless purchasing and consumption experiences for our customers, partners, and colleagues to accelerate our transition to a modern, multi-cloud SaaS future.

Our core operational, System operations areas include order management, fulfillment, Biling ops, Pricing operations, Partner operations, SaaS and subscription Support operations, strategy, and transformation.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • Within 30 days of employment, complete all the onboarding formalities and learnings, understand various pillars of the System operations team, their +functionalities, their vision, and get trained on standard operational activities
  • Within 60 days of employment, you will get trained and certified on standard Order management processes.
  • Within 90 days of employment, you will be fully trained & and certified on all M&A order processes.
  • Within 180 days of employment, you will get trained & certified on one LOB of Order management processes (Including ELA).
  • Within 360 days of employment, you will become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on one LOB and front-end initiatives that will maximize business agility, participate in projects and initiatives related to quality and operational efficiency.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

  • Handle order processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and alignment to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations.
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) for one line of business and core focus areas and act as Operations backup for the Supervisor where needed.
  • Challenge the status quo and identify transformational ideas and suggestions that improve operational efficiencies, partner experience, and simplicity of operations
  • Interact with cross-functional business, operations, and RPA teams to support the order-to-cash process and related initiatives.
  • Interact with sales teams, channel partners and numerous internal groups as required to support the order-to-invoice process.
  • Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires.
  • Work with Global teams spanning different time zones.
  • Handle purchase order reconciliation to quote, contract terms and program requirements.

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?

This role will report to the Supervisor/Manager - Order Management based in India/US.

The Order Management team is an integral part of System Operations and is made up of 25+ Individual contributors across 3 sites (India, US, and Costa Rica) for orders processing, supporting volume across multiple LOBs with a continuous focus on process improvement and enabling frictionless customer experience. Where is this role located?
Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local Broadcom office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager. You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.

For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $50,000 - $114,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
