The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for overseeing various essential functions including receiving incoming shipments, verifying and recording inventory, generating reports, boxing and shipping finished goods, and maintaining accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Manages the shipment of all products, materials and supplies within the department
- Receives incoming shipments and verifies the counts match batch shipments coming from customers for repair needs
- Verifies, accurately records and generates reports on devices within the internal V2 system
- Boxes and ships finished goods
- Keeps meticulous and accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments or substitutions
- Collaborates and communicates with Technical Services Leads, Customer Success Representatives, Service Providers and others involved in the shipment of goods
- Prepare serviced products for shipment, creating boxes and packing to ensure safe and timely delivery
- Loads and unloads delivery trucks
- Identifies any damaged or missing materials and notifies supervisor
- Cross trained in all warehouse and production activities and assists regularly as business dictates
- Responsible for repair parts picking, organization and inventory
- Collaborates with Site Lead to maintain appropriate inventory stock levels
- Responsible for ensuring all orders are accurate, completed and submitted in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible to maintain the organization of the parts department
- Keeps accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
