Job Description
This graduate role will be within our Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) Small & Medium Business (SMB) Europe team which has responsibility for the regional P&L and product vision of SMB solutions, including creation of issuer and segment strategies, commercialisation of new and enhanced solutions & services encompassing “One Visa”, research and thought leadership and client engagement with our issuing financial institutions and partners. The team serves financial institutions, partners and their downstream clients serving SMBs through tailored payment solutions and propositions.
As a graduate, reporting to the SMB Go-To-Market Director for Europe, you will support panEuropean SMB initiatives by executing analyses, preparing materials, and coordinating crossfunctional workstreams under the guidance of senior team members. The role focuses on reliable delivery, clear communication, and ramping up on the SMB/payments landscape.
What we expect day to day
Support pan‑European initiatives and projects that advance SMB objectives by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and preparing updates under a senior team member’s direction
Contribute to market and competitive intelligence by gathering data, maintaining trackers, and drafting concise summaries for review before sharing with VCS stakeholders
Translate data into clear visuals and draft slides to support commercialisation efforts; maintain sales enablement artifacts and update repeatable playbooks owned by senior team members
Partner with cross‑functional teams on defined workstreams; schedule meetings, capture actions, and ensure follow‑ups to drive a consistent approach to SMB growth
Provide planning support (e.g., inputs to the SMB Strategy 2030 workstream, quarterly business reviews) by compiling data packs, QA‑checking numbers, and preparing executive materials
Run recurring portfolio and funnel reports; assist in segmentation, whitespace sizing, and prioritisation by preparing templates and first‑pass analyses for review
Assist with client engagements by assembling pitching materials, coordinating workshop logistics, and capturing outcomes; help draft thought‑leadership summaries and distribute approved content
Build working knowledge of Visa SMB solutions and the market landscape; complete enablement modules and maintain solution comparison sheets and FAQs
Qualifications
Permanent Authorization to work in the U.K is a precondition of employment for this position. Home Office sponsorship requirement mean that Visa will not be in a position to sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position. Future sponsorship will not be considered.

Current university student (studying for either a bachelors or masters) graduating in the summer of 2026.
Desirable Skills:
Exposure to SMB, payments/fintech, or partner ecosystems through coursework, internships, or project work
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, lookups, pivots) and slide creation (PowerPoint/Slides); familiarity with basic data visualisation
Clear, concise communicator who can turn data into simple stories; strong writing, structuring, and attention to detail
Organised, dependable, and proactive with follow‑through; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance in a matrixed environment
Collaborative teammate with a learning mindset and the confidence to ask clarifying questions
Professional integrity, sound judgment, and respect for data governance and confidentiality
