Job Description
Join Visa Treasury’s Digital Assets and Innovation team to help reshape how money moves with digital assets like stablecoins and next‑gen payment rails. In this role, you’ll own work end to end—drafting white papers and strategy decks that guide decisions, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Settlement Ops, Finance, and Product to vet ideas and secure approvals, and designing and launching pilots with external partners that move from concept to live. You’ll keep a close pulse on the crypto ecosystem—players, tech, and policy—and turn research into clear recommendations. We’re looking for someone who brings big ideas and takes ownership, yet stays grounded in treasury fundamentals like liquidity, settlement, reconciliation, and controls. This role is perfect if you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, move fast, and help define the next chapter of money movement at Visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Size opportunities and risks for digital‑asset use cases (cost, speed, risk, working‑capital impacts).
Track pilot KPIs and operational metrics; maintain clear, decision‑ready summaries for leadership.
Conduct market scans across protocols, wallets, custodians, payment schemes, and regulatory trends.
Create executive presentations and strategy memos for Treasury, Product, and Finance leadership.
Draft internal white papers, FAQs, and playbooks that translate technical concepts into practical actions.
Coordinate end‑to‑end pilot execution: requirements, success metrics, timelines, vendor diligence, contract facilitation etc.
Maintain operational runbooks, process maps, and control documentation, support reconciliation and exception management.
Partner with Settlement Ops, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product to ensure Treasury needs are designed in from day one.
