Job Description
The Visa Acceptance Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the expansion of Visa's Invoicing and PaybyLink solutions globally across B2B merchants. These innovative acceptance solutions enable merchants to request and process payments through secure, customizable payment links. This is a broad-reaching role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration, product leadership, and a deep understanding of the digital payment’s ecosystem.

Contribute to the vision and strategy for B2B adoption of Invoicing and PaybyLink, ensuring alignment with Visa's broader acceptance solutions and digital payments strategy
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery to development, launch, and continuous optimization
Engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand needs and validate use cases for the B2B market segment globally
Develop and execute a roadmap to expand B2B adoption and optimize its performance globally
Work with technology, security, and risk teams to ensure the solutions meet Visa’s high standards for security and compliance.
Drive partnerships with key acquirers, ISVs, and PSPs to integrate the solutions into broader acceptance and Visa Commercial Solutions value propositions.
Develop go-to-market strategies and enablement plans to ensure seamless product rollout and merchant onboarding.
Represent Visa as a subject matter expert for B2B payment acceptance, supporting industry discussions, client engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least
5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
-Proven Product Management experience with a track record of bringing large-
scale payment or e-commerce products to market.
-Experience working with Invoicing, Pay by Link, payment orchestration, e-
invoicing, or invoice-based payment solutions is highly preferred.
-Deep knowledge of commercial payments, digital payments, merchant
acceptance, and e-commerce ecosystems.
-Experience in API-driven product development and working with engineering
teams in an agile environment.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate
them into actionable strategies.
-Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate
effectively at all levels within Visa and externally with clients.
-Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales,
marketing, risk, and compliance teams.
-A passion for delivering innovative, user-friendly, and secure payment
experiences.
